Kelly Tiboni-Ranta has been Unit Chair at Beendigen Inc since they became organized about 5 years ago. Kelly has been a strong advocate for aboriginal women, children and families for her entire working career. Kelly recently completed the 2 week Aboriginal/Worker of Colour intensive training in Port Elgin this fall and is the Chairperson of CAW Local 229's first ever Human Rights Committee. Kelly attends meetings, rallies and pickets and volunteers endless hours for our members. Kelly has deep contacts within the Aboriginal Community and would make an excellent addition to our Executive Board.
